RENTAL POLICY
Rates are per week and include electricity, water, weekly change of linen, 2 hours cleaning a day.
Extra charges telephone, wood for fireplaces, central heating are calculated upon consumption.
Payment 50% upon booking. The remaining 50% may be paid upon your arrival at Le Fontanelle.
Security deposit upon arrival we ask our guests to make out a check of EUR 300 as a security deposit for any eventual damage or breakage which may occur during the stay. At the end of the sojourn the check will be given back, unless it has to be used partly or fully for any damage.
Number of beds we cannot allow the number of people staying in the house to be higher than the number of beds initially stated.
Cancellation by the client the following rates will apply:
10% of the total rent up to 4 months (120 days) before the date of arrival
50% up to 2 months (60 days) before the date of arrival
100% as from the 59th day before the date of arrival
Should we manage to rent the house partly or fully for the cancelled period, we will of course refund the client accordingly.
